We can offer to you complete property management services for apartments located in Sunny beach area. Our services include:
 
*OFFICAL KEY HOLDING
*CLEANING AND LAUNDRY CHANGING

*MEETING HOLIDAY GUESTS FROM AIRPORTS

-OFFICAL KEY HOLDING - We`ll make set of 2 copies of the keys for the apartments; we`ll act as the official key holder; we`ll make full inventory check of your property; we`ll keep a refundable depozit against any damages;
  
-CLEANING & LAUNDRY CHANGING - We`ll clean the apartment before or after guests visit;
 
Regular cleaning / laundry service:
 
*STUDIO apartment - 20 gbp per visit
*ONE BEDROOM apartment- 25 gbp per visit
*TWO BEDROOM apartment- 30 gbp per visit
 
Note that prices includes laundry service! Can apply only for laundry! Prices start at 10 gbp!
 
-Full clean of property without windows/bath tiles, strip beds, dispose of rubbish, turn on/off electrical appliances, close shutters, clean terraces, launder bed linen/towels, empty bins, clear fridge, turn on/off hot water, put in/away terrace furniture;
 
Spring Cleaning including windows & bathroom tiles:
 
*STUDIO apartment- 25 gbp  per visit
*ONE BEDROOM apartment- 35 gbp  per visit
*TWO BEDROOM apartment- 40 gbp  per visit
 
Note that 2 sets of keys must be provided per apartment; 2 sets of linen and towels must be provided for each bed; Basic cleaning equipment must be provided  like a dustpan, brush, mop and bucket.
 
Note that we cannot accept liability for any damage caused by quests!
 
 
-BILL PAYMENTS for electicity, water, tv-cable, council tax and maintenance fee;
 
 
-MEETING HOLIDAY GUESTS FROM AIRPORTS - We`ll organize the airport transfers if the guests need it. The fare is payable by the guests or the owner.
 
 
-PRE-ARRIVAL SERVICE & WELCOME PACK AVAILABLE - We`ll connect hot water, raise shutters and airr, sweep terraces and reinstate terrace furniture, swich fridge and air-conditioner; welcome pack available;
 
 
-REGULAR INSPECTION - We`ll make a monthly property inspection in the not active season and a weekly inspection during active season; we will provide you with an inspection report if there is anything wrong with apartment;
