Holiday village "Kamelia garden" was opened at the beginning of the summer season 2006. The complex is situated in the
middle part of Sunny beach in close proximity of the main road, near supermarket, same restaurants, bars and a bus station.
"Kamelia garden" complex is a combination of two swimming pools, children playground, a water bar, an open area for chaise
lounges. The sandy beach is only 250 metres away - a 5 min.walk.
The accommodation comprises of 1 bedroom, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall, WC with shower,
balcony. Use of all on site facilities, pool, children's pool, gym and parking is free. Prices include all linen heating/Air
Conditioning, water and electricity costs.
The spacious double bedroom is furnished to the highest standard which enables you to have a pleasant and comfortable nights
sleep, ideals after a bustling day in the resort centre.
The living and kitchen areas are tastefully decorated and well equipped for the holiday maker. A Sofa bed will provide
extra private sleeping accommodation for two guests and there is access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for
those who want to cook or just store refreshing drinks and eat at one of the many affordable restaurants that line the coast.

Securing deposit of 30% is required to book. A refundable deposit of 100 gbp is taken on arrival and return on departure.
